Apparently there was an error with the service report. Never got called to finalize. I had to call. Service took 4.5 hours.
Overall service was good however and services requested were completed.
Jessica was very pleasant to work with.
Made an appointment to have my car repaired and left my car was then called and said the repair couldn’t be done on a Saturday I would need to come back another day. Then went to pick up my car and no one knew where it was, all while I had my 6 week old infant in my wife’s car. Unprofessional.

I was at your service department two days in a row with two different vehicles and had two different experiences. I think that you depend on your online tools too much. My second day, I did not receive a multipoint inspection report until I checked out after having to ask for it and I’m not sure if anyone read it other than me. The mechanic identified two items that I would have had done and will now have to wait another 5000 miles. My experience was also a good hour longer the second day. Just didn’t feel the same service experience the second day.

Unrelated to Devon’s service, my only complaint is that I was told by my sales rep when I bought my car that the dealer would provide 3 years of the NC safety inspection at no cost to me. Which is why I asked the safety inspection to be conducted today after my service appointment. However, the service department said they are not aware of such a thing. Even though the service department comped the safety inspection for me today, it was a dishonest sales tactic by the sales rep.
Everyone was nice and welcoming. Service was great. My appointment was in the afternoon but We came in early because our other morning commitment was cancelled. We were ready to wait and didn’t have an issue with that. They squeezed us in promptly and we appreciated it very very much. Staff was great!
My experience today has changed my past view of dealership service.
