Danielle remembered my name and the services I planned to get done to my car. She did not try to get me to spend an excessive amount of money for my repairs nor did she try to upsell me on services I did not need. I’ll be happy to see her anytime at Toyota of Gastonia.

Today was a little bit of a special case for me and I want to say thank you to Devon for smoothing out things towards the end of this process today I didn’t get proper communication the way that I normally would or the way that I wanted to, however when I did talk to Devon again, he was very informative and very helpful and had a smile and was very happy to help I appreciate all you guys to each and every day thank you so much.

You told me over the phone you could replace my battery, I came in wasted almost 2 hours of my time to tell me the battery was on backorder. Before scheduling you should of at least looked up to see if the battery was in stock.

John gave me excellent service. I have some disabilities and it is difficult for me to climb the stairs to wait in the waiting area. He provided me a chair to sit in and wait for my car to be serviced so I could stay on the bottom level. He gives great customer service with friendly conversation. He is definitely an asset to the company. Five star service.
