Maintenance required not reset and no new sticker for next 5000 miles . I put notes in my appointment that I have First Mile but no one checked in advance. Then I was told I could reschedule so they had time to confirm st a later date. I said no and then asked if rotation was free since I bought tires there. Disappointed with the lack of problem solving and care for customer.

Taylor was GREAT!! She was extremely professional. She is new however she navigated like a pro. What I was not satisfied with was who I believe was a manager there. While Taylor and a coworker were working on an issue that I wa shaving, she came over and told Taylor to “wrap it up, we have other customers waiting”. As a customer, I feel that was rude and saying that I was not as important as the next dollar coming in the door. The feeling of not feeling valued as a customer is what will keep me from returning to this dealership. Leadership is the voice of the business and the managers voice is one that I will not listen to. Taylor provided excellent service and remain calm during the transaction despite the problems.
