Videos sent by technician do not reflect damage reported. Second time had to change out oil filter cap. 130,000 miles and report says: SWAY BAR LINKS FRONT DRIVER AND PASS: BOOTS CRACKING/LEAKING Approved Maybe Next Time Est. Cost: $883.00 Issue: driver front cv axle and seal: BOOTS CRACKING/LEAKING Approved Maybe Next Timen Est. Cost: $1939.47 Issue: TIMING COVER GASKET LEAKING: SEEPING Questionable repairs. No thank you, questioning reliability in Toyota RAV4 now. You just lost my business for good.

The experience was good enough and everyone was very friendly. My only comment is that it took longer than I expected and hoped. I made an appointment which I thought would help for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The rep who checked me in said it would be about an hour. It ended up taking nearly two. Thanks.
