App was easy to use to schedule my appointment. One hour seemed appropriate for my service. No adjustments were made to my console, seat or mirrors. Steering wheel did not feel oily or greasy. Thank you. ????

After declining engine air filter. I went to change myself and noticed the air filter was loose and never clamped back! Glad I checked!

The man who checked me was 10/10!!!! GREAT customer service. Even at 5:30 PM when I know he was probably beyond ready to go home. He still greeted me with the kindest smile and jokes. After a long day at work myself, this really brightened my afternoon and the rest of my day. So thank you to him!!!
