Alex was excellent in getting my car serviced. He provided us with a rental car which was extremely helpful. I indicated I needed the car back to me early in the afternoon due to another appointment later in the day. Alex called me early enough for me to meet my other appointment, I truly appreciate it.
Asher is very charismatic! I really enjoyed talking with him . He communicated with me very well. He explained everything and there were no surprises in my final invoice. I realize I pay a little extra going to the Lexus dealership but with the loaner car and the service I receive is absolutely worth it. Thank you Lexus!!
Lexus missed a great opportunity to display the cars new/ used in the nice, large show room area. I recommend you have laptops available in the area, so customers waiting for service/drop offs can view the new models. I showed up around 820 am for service. While waiting I was interested in the TX new vehicle. I asked for a handout on the vehicle and was informed Lexus no longer has pamphlets available; that I would have to go to the internet. Please consider making laptops with the information available. An ounce of interest could turn into a sales inquiry and a sale. Thanks Frank B

Prices for extensive maintenance were more expensive than other service providers so I took my car to a local garage. I anticipate saving around $500.
My vehicle was always washed and vacuumed with the interior wiped in previous visits. This time nothing was done on the interior
