Glenn Turner is the consummate gentleman and professional and he represents the Lexus brand well. My interactions with him every few months or so when I bring in my vehicle for service are always pleasant and cheerful, and anytime I have questions on what needs to be done on the car, Glenn patiently explains the details and breaks down the costs in a way that makes sense. I appreciate the time and care he takes with me and his other clients and I look forward to meeting with him again in the future when another maintenance service is due!

I didn’t have an appointment, but Glenn worked me in! This was greatly appreciated. The car is back and running like new. I much better experience than Kearney Mesa Lexus! Keep up the good work.

Service department hold my car for three weeks and could not finalize my windshield. Service rep ALex I gave him few chances to correct situation but it seems he need a lot more training than his job required him to do including but not limited to communication and good customer service. Hopeless and his manger basically have the Same attitude. Unfortunately I am not going back to this dealership because of failure of these individuals properly to address my issues. They had insurance authorization they had my ok to go ahead and Iwas paying full price for deductible but yet. For some unseen reasons these individuals or maybe dealership management has no interest of keeping good customers. We have been el Elcajon customer for over 7 years. But today was last one I turned my car to another dealership and even purchased a leased car from other Lexus dealership but I would not go back to this El Cajon any more. Terrible service and disrespectful!
