Staff decided to crank up the speakers in the showroom. Really disruptive for customers waiting on vehicles and working on phones and computers. I brought it up, and volume was reduced but still disrespectful of customers. Is this really a dance bar?

Truck has an after market intake that bolts in to the exact same spot with oe hardware. It is the exact same process to remove it as stock, but tech wouldn’t do the recall unless he was paid an extra half hour. Tech said he didn’t feel confident he could remove it with out damaging it. It’s 2 hose clamps an 2 10mm. If he can remove the stock intake he can remove mine. He was confident he could remove it with out damaging it if I paid more. I guess his skill rate is on a sliding scale. Very disappointed.

Most days I was kept in the dark about the status of my car. I had to call in if I wanted to know how things were going. I never felt like I was respected by having helpful conversations about what the technician was trying or possible solutions. After having my car in your shop for several weeks Jena didn’t even make eye contact with me to indicate where I should go to pay and pick up my keys. I felt like she could have said something about being sorry that they couldn’t resolve the issues.
