Christian and the entire service staff went above and beyond my expectations today. Christian and the other service advisors were friendly and knowledgeable, offering me fresh cookies and answering any questions I had. The wait time was exceptionally quick and I was throughly pleased with the luxurious waiting area. I felt well taken care of and valued as a customer.

It took a couple of years of back & forth with this dealership fixing the check engine light to pass a smog check. It was extremely frustrating that this situation went on as long. After making a lot of noise and quoting California state laws about cars not passing smog checks and manufacturers repairing, we connected with John in the service department if it weren't for him we'd probably still be fighting with this dealership. The final time we picked up the car, the backseat was left unassembled and we had to take it back AGAIN. So John was awesome and left us satisfied but the rest of the dealership needs help!
