I did not appreciate the way the service attendant spoke to me. She spoke down to me. She made it extremely uncomfortable and I am hesitant to return. Also I had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. I was given an estimate of 11am end time. My car was not done til after noon. No one gave any updates. Over 2 and half hours for an oil change is ridiculous when I had an appointment set.

I have taken my car in at least 3 times for the same problem. They never fix it. My car, in line kona starts itself when I walk away. The dashboard lights turn on along with the fans going on. It runs the battery down so I have to call someone to jump me. Then blue link sends a message telling me I left my car on and it is turning it off. Someone is going to steal it. I drive over an hour to get to the service if there is no traffic. Otherwise over 2 hours. I get the same answer, unless we see it happen we can't fix it. The last time it did it my husband had an appointment with a cardiologist. He had had a stroke and I had to cancel the appointment because I couldn't find anyone to jump the car. I've only had the car for a year and this has happened 3 times already. I need help. This is my 4th lease with your company but it may be my last. Toni S

I had the usb cable/port for apple carplay replaced in my 2022 Ioniq 5. The cover wasn’t fully reinstalled and the bolt was just in the center console. Had to reinstall it myself which isn’t a bad thing but it should have been properly reinstalled.
Jasmine **** provided excellent service; professional, knowledgeable,and very personable. I look forward to working with her in the future.
