When I called in to let the dealer know that my car was being towed in for 12v battery issues, I also let them know that there was condensation in my rear passenger tail light. When the rep called to tell me my car was ready, he mentioned that the tech didn’t find condensation in my headlight so no action was taken. I reiterated to him that the issue was with my tail light and he said he would double check to make sure that had been addressed. When I picked up my car there was still clearly condensation fogging my rear passenger tail light. The rep came outside with me and immediately agreed that the issue had not been addressed. He said a new tail light housing would be ordered and I would be contacted when it arrives. Frustrating that I will need to make another trip to get this fixed.
I called back at 3:30 and left a message with one of your associates. It was a female associate who said she was going to have you call me back. The technician never put back the caps on the valve stems after replacing my four tires. Hopefully those can be replaced for me. Thx
The paper that was given to me after the car was done said In the Mileage box 8,152. I have 22,143 miles on my car. That first number isn’t shown anywhere on the car.

The service advisors were excellent as usual, but unfortunately, the problem with my car wasn’t resolved. I will need to make another service visit when new replacement parts arrive.

Too bad the 30,000 miles sercice costs so much: a $900 something for a service is luxurious. $400-$500 max should be more appropriate. Piece of mind comes with a price now a day!

Unfortunately my car was damaged while having my car serviced. When they washed my car they damaged the paint on the driver's side door. Unacceptable I hope they do the right thing and repair the damage to my car. Please contact me, and assure me this will be handled correctly.

I had an appointment for 12noon. I was told it would take about an hour. About 15 minutes after my car was taken in I received a text saying my car was done and they would be getting me shortly. I waited for about 45 minutes and found out my car was done but the service people did not realize it. Then to find out it had not been washed and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for that. Luckily I was not in a hurry but I have to say I was disappointed. The women in the service desk were apologetic and nice.
From check in to follow-up to pick-up, your team was top notch. I’m never going back to El Monte! They gave me horrible service. You have the process down!
