I just wanted to say that jasmine really helped me a lot with the service letting me know and thoroughly explaining what each item is and how it would benefit my car in the future ! As well with any concern and questions she guided me on what I should do and need to do in order to solve my problems she was very helpful and provided great service

I was not given an accurate time frame for my car to be completed. Nor was I informed when the time was to be longer until I asked. I was in the waiting room. It would have been nice to have been informed before the whole department closed for lunch. Jasmine was nice but this communication was needed.
