My service advisor was nice and professional. However I had an appointment for 12:30 to change 4 tires and an alignment but I was there for over 4 hours- what’s the point of having an appointment. I will never come back to cardinaleway hyundai . I will be looking elsewhere for my vehicle service needs!

John Tait went over and above to make sure my first service experience at Cardinale Way Hyundai was exceptional. He did a great job. I really appreciated his involvement and great communication. The service staff is clearly well trained in customer service which also attests to John’s leadership. In my opinion, a great service department is key to a great dealership. It’s what keeps satisfied customers coming back. Everything was great. Love the Palisade Calligraphy. You have a great dealership and a very satisfied customer.

When I purchased the car, they told me if I needed gas, they would put some gas in my car. Supposedly the new manager said no. I know where I will buy my next car and it will not be at this Hyundai dealership. $40 is not gonna kill your company, but it could make a difference in keeping several customers I was asking for help for gas and they tried to turn around and charge me for a cabin filter. That’s your car…… that’s why I’m leasing it ….you fix it and you pay for it.!…..
