My service advisor was fantastic, the poor rating is not a comment on him at all. He was kind and attentive. My issue is with Hyundai itself. As a mother, I Schedule service, rather than just showing up, so that I can better manage my time, make it out in time to do school pickups, etc, etc. When I have to wait 2.5 hours for a service that takes 30 minutes, it's unacceptable. I've waited no less than an hour every single time I've gone for a scheduled service. Once my free services are done, I do not plan to return to have work done here.
