Allyson was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived. She was quick to get me checked in. My oil change took a little longer than I thought it should but overall my experience was positive.

My car was outside for 1/2 hr nobody text me that the car was ready. I had to find out myself and finally got my car salesman did not follow up with me.
Allyson is always very patient with me. I tend to forget things in my car and she always lets me come back and get it. I appreciate that. And she keeps me informed on what's happening with my repair. I appreciate that too.
When I got the car back they had changed. The readout so I did not have speedometer in digital in the center. I tried the button on the steering wheel that I always use to change things and it did not work. It took driving a while before it finally allowed me to change back to the digital speedometer I understand. Changing the seat location because the technicians need to drive the car safely but the speedometer should be put back to where it had been when it went into service.
Very courteous and nice staff, but my overall impression is there must be some staffing issues.
My service appointment was at 2:30, and I showed up at 2:35, then waited by my vehicle (where I was told to wait) until shortly after 3pm. My basic recommended maintenance appointment took until 5:40pm, so it was more than three hours – again, I’m not even sure what needed to be done with my car for a basic recommended maintenance.
Again, very courteous staff, and they certainly looked and sounded stressed out. So I don’t think this is their fault, and cannot find whose “fault” it would be. But not an overall quality experience at this branch.

My car is still showing that service is due. Is there something that needs to be done on your end to correct the issue?
Christian was a complete joy. My car had an oil change 1 1/2 weeks ago there. Last night I noticed there was oil everywhere in my garage I made it a point to be at the dealership by seven to see if they could help me. Once again I was surprised and happy to see Christian. He listened to me a promised to take care of the situation. Within minutes I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car.
When I dropped off my car on Friday afternoon, for a Saturday morning service, I asked for a courtesy shuttle back to my place of work, approximately a mile and a half away. I was told that it was not available because the Wi-Fi was down. I asked was there any way to contact a driver and the response was essentially “no.” Seems to me somebody could’ve got on the phone. Ended up walking in the heat of the day under the sun. I am 63 years old. Not cool. No effort made.
