Mr John was assisted me by hearing out my concern and for that we're able to move forward since there is a pending work to be done and he promptly assisted me to resolve the previous issue and at the same time included my forthcoming service to be done as well.

I was helped by Christian during my recent service visit, and the experience wasn’t great. He came off a bit rude and asked me to wait outside the office, which felt unprofessional. He wasn’t very helpful in explaining service options, and I had to call my husband to clarify things. I also waited about an hour to get my car back, and he left his desk without checking in again. Overall, not the best customer service experience

My experience was great at the Glendora Hyundai Service center. The staff was welcoming & very accommodating. Mr. Juarez attended to my visit as soon as I entered the building & arranged for my car to be serviced.I drove away after servicing & my car seems better.If I encounter any problems with the work done on my car, I'll let you know.

I had an early 730am appointment and there was several people that came in after me that were done before my car. It really isnt fair that I had an appointment and I was last to be done, I had a just came for an oil change. You should really do cars in the order that people come in and who had appointments first. This is the first time I had bad customer service at this location and I been a loyal customer for 10 years.
Cristian Juarez was a 10 of 10 rating there was a backup near end because of car wash but overall a great experience

Saul was the most helpful and trustworthy service person I have ever dealt with. Let me include that he is very handsome and very personable. I will definitely will be going back to see him if I need any other service. His customer service is 100% amazing!
no need to contact me about it. It was a 3 hr wait time after being told 1.5-2 hrs and I never received the link to the multipoint inspection
