No I don't believe I received good service at all. I brought my car in for charging recalls and before they even saw the vehicle they were insisting that I purchased a brand new battery. Then once I brought the car in for the recalls they left it unsecured for 6 hours while the Blue Link wakes the computer up and calls me every 3 minutes telling me that the doors are open. I had to secure my own car at 10:00 p.m.. the next day they unlocked my car at 9:00 a.m. and the car proceeded to call me every 3 minutes until 4:00 p.m. and it lasted 45 minutes on the accessory function because the car told me when they decided to do the update the battery low voltage was low and they insisted that the battery was bad. I don't think that is a proper diagnosis of the problem. The service writer was incredibly rude and did not want to listen to the logic of the situation. I do not ever want to speak to this man again.

No need to call! Too many issues to list or discuss. Took my car in. Came back missing parts (screws in engine) tried to charge me 2x for the stupidest of issues. Then the next mechanic could not find half the issues you all did. Shady job. will not be back. Lose my number and my email!

I’ve been trying to get my due bill address since I purchased this car back in July of this year. It’s a 2018 Kona ultimate. The front collisio Warning, light comes on after driving the car for about 15 minutes to half an hour. I brought it in to get it fixed. Apparently technician just drove it and a light never came on for him and therefore they said they were is nothing you guys can do. The service advisor advised that I leave the car for a couple of days, but was told that there were no loaner cars for me. So I had to drive my car all the way back to my home, which is an hour away and risk driving in the car with this warning light on. Not sure what to do, but I am very disappointed

The service team member that greeted me and got me registered in today was great. I’ve been coming to this location getting my hyundai cars since 2015 when I purchased a Elantra. I’ve been here for this is now the 3rd owner. The building looks nice but is seems the actual service has declined in some areas. There has always been complimentary car wash after service. Today when I got my car back I noticed black finger prints on the hood and door of my car. Sure my car was a little dusty but giving a car back with dirt prints speak volumes as if there is no consideration for the customer. There weren’t black finger marks when you got it, why leave your marks after work is finished? I took my own cloth I keep in my car and wiped his prints off my car. I asked one of the guys who was pulling a car up did you guys stop doing complimentary washes and he said yes unfortunately. Like I said the building looks amazing but the dedication of work ethic should match. I do understand that times are tough but standards should not be compromised. My car is white and to see those prints left all along my driver door and on my hood was disappointing. I’m not sure why my tires pressure is 39 on front two tires and 37 on back. I thought tires pressure should be even all around. It just seems a bit rushed and as if no pride was taken in the work done. There was no sticker out on the windshield as it has always been done since 2014 when I get service letting me know when I need to come back. This was my 3rd oil change and stickers were always placed to let me know when to come back….not this time. A business continues to be successful adhering to consistency and customer service all around.

I was charged $300 for you to find nothing wrong with my AC. But yet in the middle of summer I experience the AC not working when I mostly needed it.
