I had my breaks replaced by your service dept in January. My car started vibrating when I stepped on the brake. Now they say my rotors need shaving and want to charge me $1,600. I said no! I took it to my tire dealer and they charged me $155.00. You are stop off and those rotors should have been taken care of when I had the brakes done. I will never go back to the dealer again and I will make a report to the BBB.
Very close to being completely satisfied, except for the fact I had to replace my battery. Then when I opened the hood the cover for the air filter was loose inside, this is the 2nd time this has happened st this dealership. Having the new engine is great, thank you.
