I was sent to Hunter to assist in my oil change appointment. He asked about the cost of the service and I mentioned I had a contract with Hyundai. He told me he couldn’t find it, which isn’t an issue for me. It’s the attitude and tone that threw me off. He asked if I was sure Hyundai was in charge of my contract. I told him yes, I had purchased my car and gotten a contract to include oil changes. He still couldn’t find it and went to get help. When he came back, he made a comment that ,” you actually didn’t purchase through Hyundai, it’s a third party” he said it rudely and like a matter of fact. I just responded I didn’t know , all I know is I purchased at this location. He just said “okay just so you know”. Just unnecessary and rude.

I will call Monday. my engine light came back on a day after picking it up from the dealer.
The simple fact there was no shuttle service and was told it would take four hours. This is the first Hyundai that has given me that experience and has not offered a shuttle service. It is ridiculous and I will never be back.
I waited in the lounge for 6 hours for the work on my car to be done. I had been told that the wait would be 2-3 hours. Supposedly the service representative didn't know I was waiting in the lounge the entire time (even though when I was checking in by a service rep at the next table I clearly told him I would be waiting in the lounge after he had asked me what my plans were), which is right behind the wall. It could be so easy to check if I was there, or to text me, or to call me. Also, this time, my car didn't get a wash which I thought was not okay considering all of the above. A sales person waking by saw my frustration about everything and he was kind enough to offer to wash my car. I thank him for that. I am going that the software update that was done will solve my car's mechanical problem with the engine dying on me on busy intersections and freeways. This was the 4th attempt to solve it.
