The whole process was smooth sailing, from start to finish. Isaiah was efficient, communicative, and really went above and beyond to make sure my car battery was taken care of and replaced through Hyundai's warranty.

Isaiah Douglas gave me extraordinary service when dealing with my engine replacement. He gave me a step-by-step process of what was to expect when it came to testing the health of my engine. Isaiah was super personable, and was able to answer most my questions. If he didn’t know the answer he was able to quickly get back to me with one. He made sure I got a rental car when the first was available, keeping me posted day by day. He is an extraordinary employee and deserves promotion or raise. Please make sure you don’t squander his skills!
