Upon receiving my car back, he was courteous to give my car a quick rinse before returning my vehicle. Absolutely fantastic service. I will continue to schedule my future services here.
Every time I get my car serviced early in the morning, Isaiah always brightens it up. Usually, I’m too tired to have much of a conversation, but he never fails to make the early morning servicing more bearable.

I was not satisfied because the combustion cleaning that my car needs was declined by HMA. I started the process of dealing with this issue two years ago. It’s documented that these engines are defective. However, it was very nice that Allyson offered to top off my oil for no charge. However, I will not buy a Hyundai again.
I began taking my Hyundai Sonata to your dealership for an oil consumption issue approximately 2,200 miles ago. I was told there may be an engine issue and that an oil consumption test was needed. But I was also charged ~$2800 in repairs for an oil leak before the test could be done. The oil consumption test was an additional ~$83 and confirmed an oil consumption issue. Despite this, your dealership is refusing to cover the cost of the combustion cleaning and has offered no remedies for the current issue. Therefore I am out ~$2900 for a likely engine defect with no solutions to solving my issue.
