It took 20 minutes for someone to take my car in even with an appointment. The service was estimated to take 2 hours and in the end it was 4 hours. No extra things needed to be done. Standard inspection with oil change and tire rotation. Personell was friendly and knowledgeable. However, system didn’t show that maintenance plan was purchased which led to an attempt to charge. This should be improved and automatically be in the system.
Allyson was great; felt she was prompt at communicating work done and when services was completed.
With a scheduled appointment it still took 3hrs. Is this typical for oul change/routine service? Also, disappointed that cars are no longer washed as part of the service. I always looked forward to driving home in a clean car on tires freshly inflated.
Service was friendly and car is running great . Took a bit longer than expected and was kind of disappointed that my car did not receive a wash . I thought it was complimentary w service . But other than that good experience.
I dropped my vehicle off for service on 2/5/26 for a Nvh concern, they determined it was motor mounts. I went ahead and got my vehicle serviced. I went to pick up my car on 2/11/26 and come to find my Brand New Car has been keyed in their possession, and has been getting “repaired “ since at a body shop. The Advisor Allison has been no help throughout this process messaging me only TWICE through out this process and has not messaged me in three weeks, last message stated she expected my car to be finished by end of that week. I call this location multiple times, just to be transferred and then hung up on or not even picked up at all. This is Extremely unprofessional and I need resolution as soon as possible it’s completely unacceptable that I do not have my vehicle yet.

As always the service met my needs. However I did like it when you washed the car as a courtesy to your customers.
Took almost 3 weeks to get part in. The outside of my car was filthy when I got it back. I left many voicemails and didn’t get a response. Car battery charge was less than it was when I had it towed to you. Car had a bad smell inside.
