Nikkie Coffman was incredibly rude. I did not get one straight answer for my questions. In the morning she sounded annoyed but I ignored. I was told I will get an estimate within an hour but no one got back to me for 5 hours. I understand you guys are understaffed so I just went back to check if the estimate was ready.I asked her if the estimate includes fixing scratches also, her response was "we are not a body shop". Then I decided to get it fixed somewhere else because of way I was treated. She told me I will have to make a payment for the estimate which no one told me about. She said you signed papers and you have to pay. I was so confused and I tried to get more info and Nikkie just walked away and muffled someone with check you out. When the manager came she said "this gentleman here does not want to pay" how rude. I bought a $60000 car and this is how I was treated for $200. I was just trying to understand when and what I signed. I went there twice with a 6 weeks old baby and this behavior was completely unacceptable. I will never go back this service center again. I do want to mention that her manager was polite and more understanding and when I decided to pay he told me I dont have to but this whole experience was so bad

Wasn’t told there would be a $70 charge just to check if my battery was still in good life. Found out when I had to pay. You took out cabin filter but I didn’t want it change so u put it back in but didn’t secure it & my glove box wasn’t closing so my husband had to correct the problem & get the glove box aligned so it would shut correctly.
The manager was extremely kind And explained everything..
Brad was great and if considering a new vehicle I would come there first.
