If the clutch was bad , why would you recharge the system, isn’t there a test to see if the clutch works before you recharge it. It would have saved me $300.

It was a great feeling of relief dealing with Bosak Toyota service and Customer Relations/sales regarding my Highlander Service work. Bosak has Restored my faith in Toyota motors Corporations high Expectations and have earned my respect when Concerning purchasing my next new Toyota and Technical servicing . Especially after such poor Experiences from another local dealership. Thank you Bosak of Chesterton .

Cara did a great job, I had questions and she presented answers to the best of her ability. She went out of her in assisting the visit. I continue to have concern regarding a balance issues, however, Cara was not in a position to answer. I believe she mentioned she was a trainee.

Nikki was great, however, I had to return my car a couple days after service because there was oil running out-all over my garage floor. This visit was just an oil change. Apparently the oil plug wasn’t tightened down. I expect more from a Toyota service department, verses a Jiffy Lube, etc. Problem was rectified quickly, Nikki got me right in to fix it.
