Trying to set a service appointment should not be hampered by misdirection to trade- in offers on your website . It leads to far more unscheduled customer appearances.

The service was excellent but you need to give coupons on oil changes or oil change packages like other dealerships. Like dodge , ford , and etc.

I was greeted by Annie and I was telling her that I was going to drop my car off and go to work. She told me to go ahead and pull it in and a gentleman opened my door. He was also pleasant. Annie checked my car in and she explained the new check in process. She offered me a free car wash. Everything went smoothly. I am so proud to own a Kia and that Renaldo Kia is my favorite service provider. Thank you all so much for taking care of my vehicle. I am also a returning customer. Beverly T

Everyone does a excellent work they always welcome me with a smile and great attitude and always make me fell like welcome and most of the time I deal with Annie at the service desk and she is a excellent person and very helpful but in general I never have a negative attitude or services
