It's just that our warranty info is not in your system. You guys were going to charge my wife 500.00 for 2 tire sensors, when it was covered by the warranty. Everything else was fine. People are great. I just think that you should have everyone's warranty info in your system so nobody gets charged for no reason. Thanks.

I have always been very satisfied with Steve and the great service that Toyota provides and this particular dealership is very family oriented and Steve always goes the extra mile in seeing that you leave there totally satisfied !
