I’m satisfied with the service, was hoping for a car wash. Heard other customers were getting them, not a deal breaker. I washed the car later in the day. I was told oil changes every 10,000 miles at time of purchase. The sticker on my windshield says 5,000 miles. Not sure why. Bottom line, I’ll Come back in the future.

Toni is great i don't think my radio has ever worked so far it's connecting right away instead of having to keep playing with it. Thank you thanks Nathan for helping my phone connect to the car. You both are awesome.

Great experience with the service department at Toyota of Bourbonnais, especially working with Nathan Byarley. Nathan was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain the service that was needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled efficiently.
