Have dealt with Steve for many, many years. He and the service department is why I keep buying Toyota.
Everything was great, and the service was completed quickly. The only issue I had was that an employee ( I think it was a salesman ) was walking around with his hand down the back of his pants, not in his pocket but actually in his pants. This man had a black short sleeve shirt on with light gray-ish pants and he had a bald head. I do not know his name, just felt like, that could have been done in privacy or he could have used a one of his pockets to rest his hands.
Very convenient service to offer to pick up vehicle at owner house and drop back-off. However this is the second time where pickup was scheduled at 9am and I had not seen or heard from anyone by 9:30. When I called service number to check on status, service manager stated they were likely running behind and she would send someone shortly. Finally picked up close to 10am. Appreciate the service offering but doesn’t appear the personnel scheduling is as organized as it could be.

I was very happy with the service and interaction with the Team - including the GREAT scheduling and status notices.
But I do have one issue: I’m not able to find out what items were inspected in the “27 point inspection” and what the results were, just a broad thumbs up with no details. I’m very used to getting a printed report of what the inspected items were and the results were.
I’m grateful for the tune-up, and on my 90 minute drive home my car got over 5mpg better mileage.
