Everyone is always great and so nice to deal with. My issue is that I have have been having the same ongoing issue with my tailgate and service has seen what it does but they say it doesn’t happen when they connect it to the computer to throw an error code. I do not live near the dealership and have had it in twice. It is frustrating that I have 38,000 miles on a vehicle with a bum tailgate that never works.
