Understanding that price of everything has gone up. Doesn't explain the coupon issue I had. Made my appointment a week and half ago. Rhe person in service made it abundantly clear. That I had to have the paper coupon for the discount. Even though previously showing the coupon on my phone had been fine. Get to the dealership and the service writer tells me. Because I didn't want the tie rotation. Rhe discount would only be $10, not $15. Really? He did end up giving me the $15 off. But I won't be having future service at the dealership. Not cost efficient, driving an hour.
