I was treated as if I was stupid, when asking about the glass in my windshield..
My appointment was for 11am and after about an hour I was told they would get to it after lunch. I expressed my dismay and someone got on on during lunch. What good are appointments if you don’t honor the time set?
I’ve now had experience with 3 different service writers at this dealership, and all of them have been courteous and knowledgeable. The waiting area is vast and you can always find a comfortable place to wait while your Toyota is being serviced. Great coffee maker, also.
