I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient everything got done. Also appreciated Devon‘s explanation of everything and answering all my questions and concerns. After the service, when I was home, I had a question about my dashboard display. So I called and was not given much assistance.

He didn't want to help me look for a discount and he looked annoyed. I gave him a discount card a got on the mail. He took it and applied the discount. Maybe he was just starting the day not happy but I felt uncomfortable.

I live in Walsenburg so I wait there while my car is being worked on.
My appointment was at 9 AM. At about 10:50 AM, I noticed that my car,
in for just regular maintenance, was off to the side near the garage
entrance area inside. I looked because I realized people who had
arrived later than me were leaving, their service appointments
completed. I went up and spoke to Mr. Bailey. He asked me my name and
then told me that the car was "somehow skipped." So I had waited
almost two hours for nothing. He apologized and managed to get the car
in to the technician within about 20 minutes. I fear they did a rush
job but am not sure. I finally left at about 11:20 after my 9:00 AM
appointment.
