Whoever changed the oil sent a picture of a dirty cabin filter and air filter. I agreed to the air filter and walked out to see what they both looked like and neither needed changing yet. I was satisfied with the young man at the counter, he was helpful!

My experience was awesome , Triston Whitaker the customer service desk associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite to not only myself but everyone that approached him a genuinely kind person and he made the experience quick ! it will keep me going back to Toyota as its customer service out rates all of Pueblo.

Your technicians need training. He measured my front brake pads at 9 and my back brake pads at 6. Another technician measured the front at 11 and the back at 9. With that much of a discrepancy this is either a training issue, or an issue of incompetence. I hope it’s training. Either that or when I paid for the new brakes in 2023, they really weren’t replaced and I paid for something that didn’t happen. And then Bianca tells me this could be due to my driving habits. How in the world do my first set of brakes that came with the vehicle last me 100,000 miles, but the set allegedly replaced in November 2023 last 6,000. I think it’s less about my driving habits and more about the competency of the technicians. I sincerely hope this was a one off.
