I was not aware until the end of the appointment that this was just a diagnostic appointment. It was my understanding over the phone that the service department diagnosed my cars problem and ordered the part needed. They called me when it arrived. It is then when I made this appointment to change out the part.
I live 2 hours away and now I have to make 2 trips. It’s fine but I honestly wasn’t expecting it. It’s almost like my part was never ordered or there, but that’s what I was told on the phone.
