No one talked to me about other issues that needed to be addressed until they had checked me out. Usually some comes and talks to me and keystone know of other issues to see about addressing them and getting them taken care of before I leave or setting up another appointment. But that didn’t happen.

Dylan went beyond my expectations in explaining and rechecking the brakes on our 2024 Camry. He was concerned with my doubts on the wear of the brakes on a car with only 7500 miles. He took the time to immediately have the brakes rechecked and really eased my mind. He’s very caring and a great asset for your dealership.
