I waited 1 1/2 hours and only when I went to the desk did the man behind the desk go and find out why it has taken so long to get a battery changed in my car. This was the worst service I have ever experienced.

Mr. Proffer is absolutely the best! He's the original one of a kind go to can do at your dealership! If he's not there, we don't go. He's 100% pro, treats us like family, addresses and resolves our issues in record time with NO mistakes. Why isn't Mr. Proffer the service Director??

I guess I thought I was due to tire rotation and I did talk about that with the service guy but it wasn’t done. I didn’t realize till I left and then received the car fax email saying it’s due. Also not sure what the status is on recall on battery situation. ??

The time it took to complete the oil change was ok. I mentioned that my low tire pressure light was on. This was not addressed at all in the inspection report or when my keys were given back to me. Also my “change oil” indicator was not reset.
