The entire experience was pathetic. I called regarding a Toyota safety recall was told parts needed to be ordered and I would receive a call when they came in. I called two weeks later confirmed my self the parts were available. I scheduled an appointment for August 5th at 9:30. My check in was confirmed at 9:28. At 10:45 my car had not moved. I raised my voice as to the delay. The response “what do you want me to do?” Then a miracle happened less than 30 minutes later the safety recall was done. I will not be back and the Sienna I am interested in if I purchase it will be from another dealership.

It is unfortunate that I had to return for service a second time because the first tech did not find the issue with my TPMS sensor. However I am glad the issue was resolved the second time. Triston is great.

Every time I go in he greets me and is always pleasant. I think I told him my name once maybe twice and since then when I walk up to him he has my paperwork in his hand. No matter how early I’m there. He gives me all the options and is honest about things that need to be done now rather than later. I have been completely satisfied with the service I’ve recorded there

I was a walk in with no appointment... thanks to Mr. Proffer and Adam ****, 20 minutes later Adam had my blower motor installed and I was on my way.
