For that I am very grateful for the opportunity to share that they are by far the most reliable and outstanding team along with Tyler who has helped me with all my needs for parts and services.
I had an appointment at 3pm. I arrived on time. At 4:30 I asked how much longer. I was told they had a delay and my vehicle was going on the rack now. I look the garage and the vehicle wasn't moved. I canceled and left as I had another appointment at 5pm
Mr proffer explained and showed me pictures of the repairinf of my car ???? no complaints thank u ????

All u did was give it an alignment, didn't check why it was pulling to the right and charged me. It still pulls. When I reach out I can never get through to the service desk it just rings. Terrible service I will not recommend anybody to them. Don't waste ur time trying to earn my business...
I have been very satisfied with the service work at Pueblo Toyota.
I was notified that a piece to the cover of my cabin air filter was missing. Toyota Service on Highway 50 are the only people who have worked on my car. If that piece is missing, I expect Puelo Toyota to replace it.
