I was charged for tire rotation but shouldn't have been as I bought tires through Toyota. I called when I got home and saw it on the receipt.the person in maintenance dept said they would have Bianca call back which she did not do!

Bianca is great! She communicates through email well and by phone. My wife likes her and that means that Bianca is really good because if not I’d certainly hear about it. Bob is the best manager of any business I’ve had dealings with. He actually reply’s to my emails and is so great to talk to. Thank you all!
