I had to clean my car fenders and doors as they're was oil all over my car. Very disappointed and probably won't ever return.
Carl is rude, lazy, doesn't listen and must be mentally retarded. I specifically told him I DID NOT want synthetic oil and guess what. They put synthetic oil in my 2011 Tacoma. I will never deal with Carl again - ever. You need to refund me the difference between synthetic and regular oil AND provide me with a warranty statement covering any issues arising from going to synthetic, back to regular and now again to synthetic. If I continue my business with your dealership after 30 + years, I will only deal with Mr. Fitzgerald, Stephanie, Bianca, Daniel and Adam.

I needed to get regular scheduled service done on my 2021 Highlander before going on a cross country trip next week. I usually go to a Toyota dealership in Colorado Spings, but they couldn’t get to me in under two weeks. You guys found a spot for me on short notice and got me in on the same day I called. Dan Proffer was extremely professional and polite. He informed me what needed to be done after the inspection. I needed four new tires which were not in stock. I asked Dan to recommend the best tires for my SUV. He was fast at telling me what was the best and when they would be in. He told me the process to follow to make an appointment. I appreciate his fast service and courteous way. We will only take our Lexus GX 460 and Lexus RX 350 to this service department Pueblo Toyota. We thoroughly trust the work performed here. Dan is so good at explaining if there is something needed for the car in a nutshell. Thank you Dan Proffer. Dan Proffer made sure I was informed on what my car needed after the multi point inspection was performed. He made sure my car was serviced in a timely way. He explained what was being done to it. He got right to the point. He was extremely polite and cheerful. Even when he is very busy he takes the time to find you and explain exactly what your car needs. I had to have all four new tires ordered for my SUV. He explained the process of getting the tires in and then calling to make sure they have come in and setting an appointment. He makes it all easier. He is very professional and courteous.
Daniel is the best! Always explains and makes me feel comfortable!
