I had a 3:00 appointment for an alignment and they didn’t take my car back til close to 5:00. I waited 2 1/2 hours for a 30 minute service. They did give me a discount for the inconvenience which I appreciated.

Couldn't find the rattle in rear passenger door. Suggested the next time I heard the rattle, I should mark down the time of day and the outside temperature. I fail to see how either time or temperature have anything to do with a rattle noise. ????¿??

The initial experience was very positive. Then my vehicle was diagnosed and I was told the part had to be ordered. The vehicle needed an alternator which is a common part. The part was supposed to be in the following Monday following my initial appointment. It was not in until Friday when I called and found out it was in. Maybe it’s just an expectation, but if you have a customer’s vehicle whom you have diagnosed and you order a part for them, you should call when the part is in to schedule the appointment or schedule it based on the day you expect the part. Second, I needed some window motors looked at and was told they would not fix them (under warranty) due to them not being completely burned out. I asked for a quote on repair for the window motors. They quoted me over $2,800!! I looked into the parts to see about fixing the windows myself and could obtain the parts for $470 and some change. The mark up for repair on the window motors was insane and a rip off. These things could use some attention for future customers and their satisfaction. To end on a positive note, the alternator was replaced and my vehicle seems to be doing well now minus the window motors. I am at least grateful for that.

I brought my vehicle in for a 40,000 mile check up. I also had a concern about my front brake. The technician performed an oil change and a tire rotation but failed to perform the 40,000 mile check up indicated by the Toyota manual. I spoke with the service manager, Bob, who recommended that I return with the vehicle to have the check up completed.

I asked your service people to replace missing screws and retainers in my wheel wells. I asked Toyota service because one would think they would use genuine parts and screws. They put golden screws into black wheel wells horrible.

My boyfriend took my car in and the lady at the service desk was very rude. We bought our car from Kevin in June and he has been awesome but when we showed up to have the driver side mirror replaced because it was broken and taped up when we bought it, she said we needed to pay $500+ dollars. Then when my boyfriend told her we were never informed this would need to be paid for she was rude once again and after my he told her we just bought the car that Kevin told us it would be taken care of she said well how am I supposed to know that. We, as customers aren’t supposed to know that we need to relay this information for the people who work there. We did not have to pay anything in the end but it was very unprofessional of the worker to treat a customer the way she did as we were just doing what we were told from the get.

Idle and battery charge were low when I got it back. Was dieing at stop lights. My son cleared the computer codes now running like new.
