I made the appointment at Pueblo Toyota because I had a recall on my car and needed an oil change as well. Recall appointments can’t be taken care of on the weekends so I sent my stepson with my car and the parts for the recall hadn’t been ordered so I only got the oil change which I could have gotten done in Canon City where I live or in the weekend that works with my work schedule. So now I have to wait for the parts to come in And arrange to get the car there and use time and resources to get this taken care of. I also wasn’t notified directly by the dealership, they told my stepson who called me and I asked to speak with them. Normally I have had good experiences but this was very disappointing.
