Triston Whitaker is one of the reasons why I choose to return to Toyota Pueblo for all my car maintenance. His costumer service is exemplary. All of my car concerns and issues where resolved through his care and service. He is great and excellent at his job.
Repairs were not performed correctly. Had to bring vehicle directly back to Toyota to correct problem.

I made the appointment at Pueblo Toyota because I had a recall on my car and needed an oil change as well. Recall appointments can’t be taken care of on the weekends so I sent my stepson with my car and the parts for the recall hadn’t been ordered so I only got the oil change which I could have gotten done in Canon City where I live or in the weekend that works with my work schedule. So now I have to wait for the parts to come in And arrange to get the car there and use time and resources to get this taken care of. I also wasn’t notified directly by the dealership, they told my stepson who called me and I asked to speak with them. Normally I have had good experiences but this was very disappointing.
Devin Sena was awesome I couldn't have asked for anything better he was very polite and helpful answering all my questions and checking in was very fast.
