Dan was absolutely amazing! The whole situation was a nightmare but Dan was so good at reassuring me, accommodating my needs & addressing my concerns! He’s extremely knowledgeable and caring, he does his job w/all his heart in it! Your team is lucky to have him!
My brakes were not working properly after the install a month prior & a new issue with steering popped up w/my vehicle too! The issue was addressed & he went above & beyond in explaining everything, showing empathy & understanding! & to top it all off he was under a lot of pressure himself too…long line & understaffed…he showed a lot of grace regardless
