Devin Sena was very timely, left clear information on service sheet and didn’t take that long at all. I was very satisfied.
He was exceptional with taking care of everything and explaining what was done and what needs to be done on my next visit.
We dropped our vehicle off on Wednesday for diagnostics. Later that day they told us they would have parts available on Friday morning and have the repairs done Friday afternoon. No call from Toyota on Friday. On Saturday I called twice, asking for the service department. Dixie advised me that Profer was off. She transferred me to service. Rather than getting anyone in Service I repeatedly got her voicemail. I did leave voicemail asking the status and for a call back.No return call from Toyota. On Monday morning I called again. Proper was still off. I spoke to Carl who said the parts were in but they had not done the repair because someone in parts had suggested that I wanted to do the repair myself. This was not the case. I would not have brought it Toyota if I had wanted to do it myself.
The repair was done in about 1/2 an hour. A call was then made to my landline, but not to the cell number which is also in your system. . This resulted in a further delay in picking up the vehicle since I wasn't at home.
You seem to have an issue within your Service department in that the service managers can't or don't take responsibility for other managers customers.
In general, both your Service and communications are lacking.
The folks are always kind and helpful and answer any questions I may have.
Daniel the service dept Rep was very prompt and professional in getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. Much better experience than the first time I had an oil change at Toyota

Devin Sena was by far the best service advisor. I have encountered going to four different Toyota dealerships since I purchased my vehicle in July 2021. He was very friendly and accommodating when I called on the phone and when I showed up for the appointment. One of his greatest things as he wasn’t trying to sell me things that I didn’t need for my maintenance schedule and also supported some of my decisions to do a few things earlier because of my rigorous duty I put the vehicle through. I also was very pleased about how little time it took to complete many maintenance operations while I was waiting for the vehicle and comparison to my experience with other dealerships I’ve gone to in Colorado, Nevada and California. Devon and Pueblo toyota will be the place I go from now on for my service needs on my 2021 Tacoma thank you, Devon.
I asked for two things to be adjusted and they were not. Also the appointment was scheduled for 10:00 and at 10:30 my car was in the driveway still just sitting there, I don't think they should book more than they can keep up with. My time is valuable also
