It is just nice to see customer service isn't dead. Great and fast repairs. We were pulling our camper away from home and they got us fixed up and moving right away. I would recommend them to anyone.

Never got a call or update on my truck and they said I gave them a verbal okay over the phone and they never called me
Rotated the tires but did not set the pressures correctly so TPMS light came on few miles down the road and i had to fix it myself

The service I received from Andrew and Mike was beyond stellar. I couldn't thank them both enough for how they treat people. I have been coming to mccandless for 6 years and always been treated well by Mike and now Andrew. With that being said I was very disappointed today after getting my car inspected. We bought our 18 egde new from mccandless 6 years ago. It goes in every few months and every year for inspection. Today I bring it in and knowing the car needed brakes and rotars again because of the excellent service from Mike passing that information on at my last Oil change. I receive a call today that to pass inspection it will be over $4,000 to fix things. The main issue I have is they said the back assembly needed replaced. The problem is the issue that is there has been there for almost the entire life of the car and it has never even been mentioned that it was or could be a problem in the future. It's disappointing to feel that this was somehow a money grab, since everyone who ever inspected the car before would have seen the issue just as they saw brakes and rotars. I can't say enough about Andrew and Mike as they are outstanding but aside from them I am left with a sour taste in my mouth. It's sad to say as we have put our full trust into mccandless after issues with another car dealership. In 7 years we have bought 2 cars and would bring our vette to be Serviced at the shop and this is the first time I feel like the wool was pulled over my eyes.

Considering this was the third time I had to take it in for “exhaust leak” strange noise like exhaust leak….well finally I had to find the problem and identify the problem, then call the so called certified Ford Dealers garage AGAIN and inform them I did their job and now will they do the other half of the problem and fix the now identified issue
Then the call me the day they have and say YES the problem you identified is bad and NOW we have to keep your vehicle an extra day because we didn’t order the part like the customer told them DAYS before they got the vehicle to fix….
