Everyone at McCandless Ford has been extremely professional and personable. Ray took the time out to discuss the needs of my vehicle. Along with that, it was making a strange hollow sound from the rear right of the vehicle. I was glad the mystery was solved! The spare tire was loose and flat. He was also gracious enough to let me know that I did not have the 4 way lug wrench & scisor jack which he wrote down and told me I could purchase at Harbor freight. He also gave me two of his own personal tools to open & drop the tire down along with showing me how to do it! That goes above and beyond !!! Those Actions build TRUST!!! I’m new to the area and for those reasons I will be taking my vehicle back for any repairs needed!!! Thank You so much!!!
