John is always welcoming, professional and thorough when describing needed work.
I dropped off my car at 7:15 am for a 2-3hr software update. The work was not completed that day and I wasn’t able to pick up the car until the next morning. John was great he called and explained that it wouldn’t be done. However I feel like because I said that I would not be picking up until the evening I dropped in priority level and the work never got done.
Justin was able to accommodate my needs and did an excellent job with follow up. I appreciate the service.
