I got a diagnosis but no offer to fix or even an estimate. Not sure if this is a full service dealer & not just an oil change & quick fix facility. While I was not happy with diagnosis there was never a service offer??? I was also advised to try my insurance comp??? For a subframe/subframe bracket I've never heard of such a thing???

I was worried about my 2025 RAM needing to be put in the service dept. at only 2000 miles. Melissa was able put me at ease about the situation and I went home feeling like my truck would be ready the next day. It was. Thank you for the excellent service.

I got to meet the service manager Josh,very cordial and easy to speak with. Here's the interesting part, I spoke with Josh a few weeks earlier about issues that we had a another dealership. When I spoke with him for the very first time, he remembered the conversation which I thought wow that was very impressive.
