She is the absolute best to deal with. She kept us aware every step of the way. Our Jeep had a back ordered part for 3 months we could not drive it. She did an outstanding job keeping us informed and the service department did a great job. As soon as the part came in, they dropped what they were doing and fixed our Jeep. The entire dealership is excellen, even the lady that works along side Josie was great.
