Justin was very kind and did his absolute best to meet the needs of not only myself but also my mother in law. He was very helpful with any questions I had, and presented all the information I needed. The in mileage and out mileage was the same which meant it wasn’t test driven especially after the repairs to verify it was fixed. Although the hard brake pull to the left was corrected, the pedal is soft and when the brakes are applied now it has a slight pull to the left, comes right back to center and goes left again then back center. Either the tech #T51 or the advisor wrote an accurate story about the brakes getting hot, which should have lead to the brake pads getting crystallized and rotor glazed to have been replaced by extended warranty for consequential damage and they were not replaced.
